In Gaza, a family lives together: a mother, her son, his wife, and their four children with a fifth child on the way. The Israeli army is bombing the city relentlessly, day and night. After losing a close friend, the man makes a heartbreaking decision: to send two of his children to live with his brother, and in return, take in two of his brother’s children. His hope is that if either home is attacked, at least some members of each family will survive so their bloodlines won’t be lost. Now, he is torn by a painful dilemma: which of his children should he send away? And is this truly the right choice?
